We are currently in the middle of interview season and we want to take the opportunity to answer a few questions that we’re commonly asked in our interview process. Why direct marketing?

Did you know that there are two types of marketing? Indirect and direct. Examples of indirect marketing are billboards, flyers, and radio commercials. This type of marketing plays to your subconscious. You may not realize that you are paying attention, but your mind is. You are indirectly being influenced to acknowledge the company or brand. Direct marketing is more centralized. We reach a smaller base of people but with our face-to-face approach, we are able to provide our client with tangible results in the form of a new, instantaneous customer.

I have experience; do I still have to start at entry-level?

Now, this may seem pointless if you believe that your past experience should allow you to start higher up within our company. However, as we stated earlier, we promote internally based off of work ethic and results. So, if you have the experience, it should be easy for you to earn promotions and work your way up within our management program.

The economy for graduates is so competitive! Are you really hiring people who have a degree but limited experience?

Absolutely! As our fortune 500 clients expand across the nation, their need for our direct marketing skills increases.  This expansion requires us to consistently be on the lookout for qualified candidates to join our team, some with transferable work history and others relatable educational studies.
